whitelines guarantees total refund for the products (which are returned or for the orders which are cancelled), provided the goods are returned in the same intact condition in which they were delivered. Please make sure that the original product ,product tag and packeging is intact when the product is returned to us.

Kindly, raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment. You can either chat on our Customer Support Number : +91-9664009506 or email us at : care@whitelines.co.in along with your Order ID and reason for return, within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Your refund would be processed by us within 14 business days of successful verification of the returned product.Whitelines.co.in initiates the refund ONLY after the successful quality check by our QC team. Please keep in mind that the refund initiation time may vary at times, as it depends upon the time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned item(s) to the Whitelines warehouse. Besides, the timing of the actual account credit also depends upon banks and payment gateways.

If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at care@whitelines.co.in along with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defective product. We can issue you a replacement of the product (if available in stock) at no additional cost. If you don’t want a replacement, we will either provide you credit in your white wallet a/c or refund the amount of the product in original mode of payment.

• 1.) Make sure to raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• 2.) In case, if the returned product fails in the quality check, the refund would not be initiated.
• 3.) Please note that any used promotional discount coupon or gift voucher will not be refunded.
• 4.) In case, if the customer has self-shipped the product and the package is lost in transit, no refund would be provided.
• 5.) In case, we do not have pick-up service available at a certain location, you would have to self-ship the product. The maximum amount of INR 100 would be refunded to your White Wallet a/c.

Please note that the products bought during the End of Season Sale are NOT eligible for return and refund. However, we do accept exchange requests that are raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

Customers are allowed to exchange the products for a different size if the originally purchased size doesn't fit. Please note that this policy applies only to size exchanges and is subject to product availability. Please go through the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Please note that the products being returned for exchange should be in the same exact condition as they were upon receipt; with their original tags intact.

• a.) In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund would be credited to the White Wallet a/c.
• b.) If the payment is done by Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or UPI, the refund would be credited to the original mode of payment.
• c.) Please note that if you have chosen COD mode of payment on our website and paid through UPI to the courier man on delivery; the refund would still be credited to the White Wallet a/c.
